1.1. Nostalgia Gaming Project: Neo Laghaim is operated as an independent private gaming server for community enjoyment and nostalgic classic gameplay. All services are maintained on a community basis.

1.2. Playing Privilege: Everyone is welcome to play and explore for free. Access is a community privilege that may be revoked if a player disrupts the ecosystem or breaks the rules.

1.3. Account & Character Data: All database records, characters, and items are managed by the server team to ensure server balance and stability.

• Stable Game Access: Right to connect and adventure daily, outside of scheduled maintenance or emergency server repairs.
• Account Privacy: Your registration credentials and private details are kept secure within our server database.
• GM Support & Assistance: Right to request help from Game Masters (GM) via the ticket system regarding technical bugs or account recovery.
• Full Event & PvP Participation: Freedom to participate in castle wars, guild sieges, world bosses, seasonal events, and in-game trading.
• Fair Investigation: Right to have infraction reports investigated objectively based on genuine server logs.

• Account Safeguarding: You are responsible for your own credentials. Losses resulting from sharing accounts or trusting third parties will not be compensated.
• Official Client Usage: Always run the game via the official launcher without modifying local game files.
• Respectful Interaction: Keep public chat engaging and respectful; excessive toxicity and toxic drama are prohibited.
• GM Cooperation: Always cooperate politely if a GM conducts in-game bot-checks or verification routines.
• Bug Reporting: If you discover a glitch or exploit, report it immediately. Exploiting bugs for personal advantage is strictly forbidden.

• NO CHEATING & HACKS: Using Cheat Engine, speedhacks, memory manipulation, packet tools, or any unauthorized software results in an immediate Permanent HWID & IP Ban.
• NO BOTTING & UNATTENDED MACROS: Automated farming bots, keyboard clickers, and unattended AFK scripts are strictly forbidden.
• NO ITEM DUPLICATION (*DUPING*): Multiplying items or currency via server exploits will result in an immediate permanent ban and item wipe.
• NO REAL MONEY TRADING (RMT): Buying or selling in-game items, currency, or accounts for real fiat money outside the official mall is prohibited.
• NO HATE SPEECH, HARASSMENT & BULLYING: Zero tolerance for racism, religious hate speech, sexual harassment, real-world threats, cyberbullying, and doxxing.
• NO SCAMS & GM IMPERSONATION: Deceiving players or impersonating staff members will result in immediate permanent expulsion.

5.1. Server Donations: All top-ups / Lime purchases are voluntary contributions used to cover data center hosting, anti-DDoS protection, and server upkeep. Donations are non-refundable.

5.2. Chargeback Ban: Filing unauthorized chargebacks will result in an instant, permanent hardware and IP blacklist.

5.3. Player Trading Liability: All player-to-player trade transactions, vending shops, and auctions are the sole responsibility of the trading parties.

Infractions will face graduated actions: Level 1 (Chat Mute 1–3 Days), Level 2 (Account Suspension 7–30 Days), and Level 3 (Permanent HWID/IP Ban for Cheats, Duping, SARA, or Harassment).
