Open the game client, log in with your registered username and password, select an empty slot in character select screen, choose your race (Bulkan, Kailipton, Aidia, Hybrider, Perom), configure appearance and name, then click Create.

Log out of the game, go to your website Member Profile, click the Unstuck Character button. Your character will be safely teleported back to the capital town.
